Navigation, using ONE WORD as your compass, will make any choices you need to take a lot easier!

If you were to find one thing – your core value – that would be your leading star for the near future – say 6 to 12 months – what would it be?

If you can’t come with a core value right away, don’t worry: prepare a warm drink for yourself, grab a pen and paper, set a timer to 15 minutes and dedicate those few minutes to finding out your core value right now.

Put pen to paper, empty your mind on paper, wiriting down (your) values at this moment, free flow automatic writing for 15minutes… churn out those thoughts.

Then get selective. Strike through the decorative stuff, the half-hearted things. Aim for leaving one word standing, representing your inner value so strong that it rings in your Soul. Share your findings in the comments!

(My own core value crystallises to beauty.

It is my deepest, strongest and most heart-felt wish that we could create Paradise on Earth again. I sincerely long for our planet to become healthy again, with – instead of a money-economy – ecology being the leading force. My vision is that of a nature loving optimist; with abundant forests and fields full of blossoms, fruit and shady patches, fresh, clean water flowing and pooling, providing life everywhere, humans, animals and nature spirits living and co-creating harmoniously together.

I do enjoy the creative forces of money, the life-helping qualities of infrastructure and technical inventions, but the balance needs to be re-found in order for Life to flourish. Let ecology be the new economy.

And I could sit here and wait forever for things to change, but unless you and I, the neighbor near and the other one far – all of us, together – take the decision to change our lives, things will evolve, but not necessarily in a direction we like. So it’s vital for us to get clear about our priorities – our core value(s) – and choose accordingly.

So what do I mean by “beauty”? That I find and use the courage to step up and exclaim: I am here. I can do this. I do this. I (co-)create beauty.

I tune in to nature and co-create: that’s how I garden. I tune in and work in energy realms: that’s how I heal. I tune in and listen to spirits of plants and other nature-beings: that’s how I get my knowledge. And I tune in to Gaia and sense she’s re-birthing herself: that’s how I re-direct my priorities. All these things are extreme beautiful to me.

My future project, The Talisman, is also a work of beauty, in-tune-with the creative forces of life.
