Email correspondence is kept on a personal laptop, for as long as a topic is being discussed between you and me – thereafter the correspondence will be erased.

security of entrusted data
The client file is kept in a special folder, which in turn is kept in a secure drawer.
As your therapist/coach I am the only one who has access to the data in your file.
I am confidential with your data by default because of my personality, but I also have the obligation to keep your stuff confidential by law.

Mailchimp (for the newsletter) is compliant of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will never be sold to a third party, and also not shared with a third party. Should it be necessary to share your information with your medical specialist for example, I will do so only after asking for your consent and receiving your informed, expressed consent.

how long is your data being stored?
The data in your client file is being stored, as required by law, 15 years, unless you ask for your data file to be deleted.

the right to have your files deleted
If you wish, for any reason, that your files be deleted you can simply ask for it via an email to Simperi (<- two email addresses, either will do). Upon receiving your request all your personal data will be deleted, and I will not mourn about it since it frees up space and care.

If you wish to see your personal data that is in my care, just ask for it with an email.

Newsletter
Should you no longer wish to receive my newsletters, use the ‘opt-out’ function of Mailchimp (in the footer of every newsletter). Or, you can email me and ask to be removed from the mailinglist.
